MEDICATION PROTOCOL

Discontinue Vigamox 0.5%
Maxidex 0.1% decrease to tid for 1 week, then bid for 1 week, then qd for 1 week, then stop
Preservative free artificial tears q1h

Are there infiltrates?

Is IOP normal?

Pro Tip:

Remember to provide a drivers’ letter to remove glasses restriction once they pass the requirements
